Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through or through the assistance of our phone personal shoppers. Online purchases from its section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time, but invite our clients to visit a B.Tiff store.

Product Availability:
B.Tiff products available for purchase online include jewelry, timepieces, and gifts. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Prices displayed on the B.Tiff website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Sales Tax:
B.Tiff only charge sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Shipping Methods and Fees:
For security reasons, B.Tiff online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available trough FedEx.
All purchases are shipped via FedEx. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. FedEx next day, second-day, ground).
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. B.Tiff cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Free FedEx ground shipping will be offered on all orders to destination in the continental U.S. This offer will only be applicable to purchases made on website, nontransferable.

Please note that Ground shipping is not available on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

FedEx Overnight shipping will be $35.00
FedEx International shipping will be $50.00

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from FedEx that your purchase has been delivered.
To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain a tracking number for each delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retail all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. Products purchased from B.Tiff online arrive suitable for gift giving. Products are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a signature B.Tiff gift box that is tied with a B.Tiff woven ribbon. Gift Cards: B.Tiff gift cards are available from $25 to $5,000 and can be purchased online or in our boutiques. They are packaged in a signature B.Tiff gift box tied with a red woven ribbon.
B.Tiff gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at any B.Tiff owned store in the United States. They are not redeemable online at this time and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, they should be safeguarded like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. B.Tiff is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.

Returns & Replacements:
All sales are final. No returns are allowed. Exchanges are allowed with 14 days of receipt and are accepted on all unworn, unused products. See below for more exchange information.
B. Tiff New York only uses the best materials to make the jewelry you love. We understand that life is unpredictable and things happen; therefore, every piece of jewelry comes with a One-year Warranty and the stones come with a Lifetime Warranty.

For exchanges, please follow the steps below. Keep in mind, we must first receive your current product before the exchange will be processed.
Contact us via email - Include your Username, Product Name, Style #, Date Purchased and Order #. - Include what piece (including the size, if needed) you want to exchange your current piece for.
Send your current product back to the address. Include all original packing and collateral material, including any certificates.
We will process within 7 days and ship the new piece to you.
You may exchange your items at our B.Tiff locations, just bring the invoice and credit card used when you placed the order to a sale's associate to one of our stores.

For repairs under warranty, please follow the steps below.
B. Tiff holds the right to determine the charge of the repair. Any human mishap, including cracking, chipping or missing stones will not be included in this warranty.

What are some circumstances in which the One-year Warranty covers?
The stones are set with 200lbs of pressure and should never fall out. If for some reason they do, it’s covered!
If you lose a stone, it’s a $25.00 replacement cost, but we’ll set it for free. - The black stainless steel pieces are coated with black titanium. If this chips or rubs off, the first recoating is free. Every coating thereafter is $20.00.

Timepiece Warranty:
A limited warranty card and booklet is accompanied with each B.Tiff timepiece and jewelry purchase. Warranties are valid for a period of one or two years, depending on the particular timepiece style. Our limited warranties cover all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding malfunction or deterioration resulting from accidents or negligence.
Authorized B.Tiff service centers listed in the warranty booklet will, at their discretion, repair or replace any component needed to restore the time piece to full working order.

We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through B.Tiff online. B.Tiff products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship.
